Are you caught in a vicious cycle of thinking? Do you consider there may be "something wrong with me"? (At least in this inner psychological area of your life?)
There is.
Seriously wrong. With many of us.
Just look to how busy are psychiatrists, psychologists, mental therapists and the sales of antidepressants which often do little other than add to the problem. Many of us battle to try to bring order to a disordered mind. And yet the inner structure of our psychological state, the composition of this inner mechanism which is an accepted approach to life and also a legacy of an insane system of 'education', more concerned with providing children the 'correct' content of thinking, while refusing to venture one step into the understanding of what thought actually is, or even - of how to think. These two issues are related.
Education provided an inner framework of this driving force in the life of every human being, without a user manual, and without even the most basic understanding of what this is. Or how it functions. It can therefore be little surprise that this inner approach to life, can come to be a burden in life. A burden, we have been educated to feel is the very centre of our being and the accurate instrument to be used as the guide and decision maker towards every action of our lives.
Why is our world in such a mess?
You ever ask this question, without providing an answer? Why are we this day being led into the direction of the thinking of a few men? An enforced direction of order we are all expected to accept? This unfortunate movement of a 'Great Reset' today, the desired direction of life for all of us by a few powerful and wealth driven, is itself legacy of this inner limited movement of thought. Also, this is as inevitable as the potential of coming to find depression or anxiety within the inner psychological are of thought.
Thought is problem causing to humanity.
Immensely so.
And this problem has been with us since the dawning of time. And we have never given an ounce of energy to the understanding or bringing to change this inner mechanism. Until we do, we will never know peace in our lives, neither inwardly, in the area of our psychological human condition, so prone to fear and depression, anxiety and stress, nor externally, in the power hungry world seeking control and domination over the lives of others. An order enforced onto others is nothing other than a disorder. It matters not if the order be seen to be for the benefit of all or not.
An order enforced denies the understanding and living of a persons life in his own understanding of it.
A compromise at best. At very best. Life imposition and unnecessary human suffering at worst. Both of these movements, the potential for inner malfunctioning within the psychological educated inner world of a human being, and the rising of external disorder, in the name of bringing order to the lives of mankind, are effects of our habitual approach to life of allowing this inner psychological mechanism to lead the way.
Thought brings to our lives so many problems.
Of course, thought has been given the accolade to lead our lives, and thought, is a complete unknown to us, in it's functionality. Not a desirable combination of facts. It is perhaps time we come to an understanding of what thinking actually is. Before it once more leads our world and our lives into an abyss as it has so many times before, both individually and collectively.
Thought, leads to destruction.
One can talk a long time of the inner nature of thought, offering description after description, but there is no substitute to coming to an understanding of this inner movement integrated traditionally and scholastically into the lives of ever child, than in coming to meet first hand, to witness and learn for oneself what this inner movement of words and images actually is, and of finding the right place in life, for thought.
Without such self understood wisdom, our lives live in the shadow of our thinking.
Our own, or another's is equally as capable of destroying any potential for peace or harmony to life, individually or collectively.
Thought, is brain conditioned movement within memory. That is all. A computer like succession of inner words and images gathered from past education and experiences, in continuous modifying perpetual continuity. Data.
Thought is our past.
Thought, is recorded experiences. Thought is and historically has been, the unchecked driving force of the lives of human beings. The building blocks of our societies. And so also the root cause of every conflict, war and atrocity bestowed onto the lives of one man by another. There is good reason for this propensity of destruction to the lives of others when allowing thought to be the driving force of human existence. Thought divides us, as none of us has the same past experiences.
If we want a free world we need come to a complete understanding of thought, and find the correct place in our lives for the use of memory.
