Our world is being taken once more down a rabbit hole. The life needs and wishes of so many are again being ignored in favour of following an ideology proposed by the most powerful among us in this world which runs for the benefit of the economy, more than for the benefit of the people who make the economy possible.
There is something wrong with humanity obviously.Deeply wrong.
Perhaps so wrong and so late in the day, that an attempt to bring this colossal wrong to right, may be the source of all futility.
But one must try.
One must try until one can try no further. The responsibility to bring this world to rights, does not rest with only the rich and powerful of this world who hold a massively manipulated unfair advantage over the lives of all others. It rests on every one of our shoulders. We have all contributed to the previous building of this totally broken, mismanaged, unfair and corrupted society. We can, and we must all contribute to the ending of it.
Not the building back better of it.
This is the story of our entire history, to seek to better a rotten society in time, by aiming for a differing conceptually perceived arrangement. The road travelled which brought us here, will bring us to no other destination than to one of further divisons, and so further sorrow for a divided mankind. We need end what does not work, not make it better.
Divisions between humanity can never work out well for humanity, for a division is the requirement for conflict and war. What is the very root point of all of our life divisons? Where do we find our life divisions? In beliefs, in ideological attachments, in patriotism, and political identities. Today, the most dangerous of all divisions is that of wealth.
The superficiality of numbers gathered printed out of thin air, the superficiality of having been born into wealth or into a traditional family of aristocracy. The illusory childish feeling of security one man feels over the lives of others, through the aggressive self interested pursuit of higher numbers. This is what leads our world this day, and this must be brought to end. And it will be brought to end, at some point, for no divisive movement can bring anything to order. And without order, we will not survive.
But the approach to end the monumental ongoing childish stupidities of humanity, of which you are a part, requires no attacking of another man's life.
One must protect oneself but the revolution our society needs does not begin in any outer manifestation of mankind's pointless immature divisive tendencies. The birthplace of every division between us is inside our educated and psychological nature. The birth place of all conflicts and wars which blight the lives of all of humanity, is within thinking.
Thought births every action mankind takes in life.
Every one of us. Thought is an inner greatly educated and part traditional approach to meeting life and finding meaning in life through a continuity and growth of things past into a conceptual future.
Children are educated to a nationality long standing, to a religious belief, long standing, and each new born generation, born free, is soon convinced of the virtues and illusory security to be found in aligning their lives to the traditional accepted conceptual historical ideologies of the geographical location born into.
And of course, simultaneously, to the required injurious divisive attitude towards the life of others who live in oppositional groups to my own, doing exactly the same, but accepting and carrying a differing historical story. We are all living within conceptual inner psychological cages of time, our lives are the very movement which is responsible for the current chaos our world faces today.
Because we live dividedly. Because we live in the past.
Thought ever belongs to the past. And so thought is hopelessly limited to a tiny amount of remembered information from the limited past experiences we have had in life.
This inner limitation divides between us, because no one has had the same past experiences, and so no one sees the world in exactly the same way. To meet the same world free from inner psychological projections arising in thought from past memories, is to meet life in relationship. To meet life with compassion and love for another. And to meet and understand the movement of death, which is an ending to what came before.
There can be no change either in our society, nor in our individual lives, which are intimately related, unless that which came before has ended. Society is built from the actions arising from the limited minds of men. The self interested minds of men, each divided, one from the other.
If we seek a good society we must pull out from the roots, that which divides us all, economically, in power, in class, in nationality, in religion, all ideological in nature. We must come to a total revolution of our inner nature, that we may be free to meet each other in relationship from our pasts and only in such freedom, will we ever be in any position to build a good world. Not a better world, for you cannot better that which is hopelessly corrupt and unfair. It needs ended.
