Here we go again. Our world is being forced into a pattern concocted by a few which no one asked for, and despite the proclaimed sweet sounding soundbite of "building back better" - life has got nothing but worse for the vast majority of us, since this rich man's and political elite joint assault on our lives began. Perhaps we need revisit the meaning of the word "better" - better for WHO exactly? And this leads us nicely into the subject matter of this film. We live dividedly. As angry as we can get at the actions of others, and as judgemental as we may become, and we do - the truth is this is a mechanical movement in our society, and one we are all engaged within. Were we not so, such a divided world from which such chaos is given birth, could never have even existed, in the first place. Our world is crazy. Stark raving mad. We give the most to those who have the most, the whole system has been designed to function this way, and to those who have nothing, we remove even the little they have, from their lives. And this, is what we have come to call our order. This is disorder, of course. We live under a banner of constant "progress", of becoming. But we never ask what it is which is becoming, or the consequences of living our lives this divisive way, always in conflict with each other, necessitating enforcement of my desires, in opposition to yours. The Great Reset is an abomination, but so is every one of our lives. We live empty, soulless, desperate, clinging, attached, fearful, lustful and greedy self interested lives. We live, as though each of us were an island, and our lives had no connection with each other. And we live this way, because this has been our tradition. Habit. The importance of the individual. Which is a nonsense, in itself. There is nothing individual about us, psychologically, in the seat of our lives, we are absolute clones of each other. We have been educated to be. We share the exact same psychological disordered functioning of thinking as the rest of humanity. Thought guides our lives, and this, is the root of all of our life difficulties. Thought is memory and memory is the past, the past we ever continue and seek to build upon in our incessant addiction to becoming and in accumulation, is what divides us all, and in our divisons, we meet conflict, sorrow and war. Repeatedly, we have lived as a race, through this inner pattern of approaching life, of "me first", living self interestedly, since the beginning of time. The past 6,000 years of our recorded history have recorded 6,000 wars. We have always lived this way, under the tyranny of men who sought to dominate the world in self interest. The inevitable conclusion to living dividedly and to approaching life allowing our inner processes of thinking, to carry the past, heading ever forwards into our inner divisive conceptual future, divided and competing against everyone else's ideology. Our mind is one, it is identical in structure, and in operation, only the content of the memories from which our thoughts arise, differs between us, and as we seek to move into a future of continuity from this isolated remembered past we build upon, we naturally come to divide, and in our divisons, we meet conflict. We meet dictatorship, for each and every group of men, is seeking their perfectly imagined "future" - which is an illusion, a concept projected out of the past we have lived through already. And so a battle must begin, for who shall have their vision come to fruition. Is this the only way to live? In time, imagining the world we wish to see and selfishly pursuing it, even when it drives hard against the lives of others? This IS the way we are living. This is classroom educated behaviour, to get to the top, and dominate the entire field. Competition, is a subtle form of violence, and our world is decaying under the weight of this traditional educated unquestioned and mechanical approach to life. The interesting thing is, that when we remove from our lives the need to build from our isolated past experiences, and continue the same movement in never ending growth, we remove that which divides us one, from another. And we come to meet the same world, thorugh our senses, now freed from this conceptual imaginary self interested approach to life. An occupied mind is what is involved in this continual progressive rot, which is and always has been responsible for the chaos of the lives of humanity. A mind removed from this incessant focus on inner self, which is self interest, is a silent mind. And a silent mind is the only thing which can meet truth in life. Freed from self, this is a mind which is capable of bringing into existence a good world. Not in ten years time, but free from self interest, the mind is now acting not from selfishness, accumulation and greed, but from perception. And it will come to act on what is seen, and so act appropriately. Free from the distortions of inner self, ever seeking to be king of all.
