Death panelSJust past the two minute mark - "....and a lack of willingness to say......Is spending a million dollars on the last three months of life for that patient.....would it be better not to lay off those ten teachers and to make that trade off in medical costs.....but that is called the death panel and you are not supposed to have that discussion." So stated Bill Gates. I agree with him. You are not supposed to have that discussion. What has gone wrong with humanity? Why even ask the question if it be worthwhile in allowing a person to live their allotted years, no matter how many or few, to save medical costs? Why not ask why medical costs are so high in the first place that three months of end of life care, costs a million dollars? Of course, we know why, and for some strange reason, we are more unwilling to question this area, than we are, to question what is not the true source of the problem. Why is the profit, of an already incredibly profitable allopathic medical system, untouchable, even to the extent that a man like Gates who profits massively himself from the very same system, would argue we need employ 'death panels' to decide when a person's life has spent? Not, in terms of what life had intended, but in terms of what is acceptable, not in the interests of the poor suffering person, meeting death, but in prime consideration of the tab which needs picked up by an overly profiting industry primarily interested in numbers before a human life? Can this truly be called 'health care'? Is such a system, self demonstrably so self interested, an appropriate system to be in charge of our health? Our world functions this way, to our absolute detriment in every area. Money makes the world go round, until money decides the world has gone round long enough.....for you. When we lose touch with natural life, when we lose touch with nature, we suffer, for nature, is our natural state. When living in connection with nature, with what is natural to and for us, we flourish. When we drift away from this source of our lives, we perish. Our civilisation this day is on the verge of perishing, so far, have we drifted far away from our nature. The only thing we care about, is money. A symbol invented by men to reflect wealth, which has come to represent wealth yet, as we are all likely soon to find out soon enough, is no wealth at all. You can neither eat, use it to clothe or shelter. Money, is a psychological agreement, that these numbers, printed on paper, or displayed on a computer screen, have any value at all. In truth, they don’t. It is what numbers can buy, which gives them their value. If a banking system enters a depression, we quickly come to understand how valueless those little pieces of invented paper and coin, forever truly were. As confused as we have become to the true source of wealth in our lives, we are equally as confused as to what holding huge sums of wealth represents. Does accumulating more than you could ever spend reflect an inner intelligence? Of course not. Usually the opposite. It is surely not intelligent to gather more than you need in a resource limited world in which so many suffer from absolute lack. It is selfish, it is greedy, it is displaying an absolute lack of any visible empathy for your fellow suffering human being. So why are such men of 'wealth' given such a platform in our lives and such freely unrestricted opportunity to mould the world to their desires? We are not attacking anyone, we are questioning. Why is 'wealth' driving what we had believed to be our freely elected systems of democracy this day? Why is 'wealth' permitted to own so much that our entire world becomes a mere reflection of their inner limited (and questionable) thought patterns? Is this not an incredible limitation to the lives of us all? It is not intelligent to gather more than you ever need in a resource limited world in which so many suffer from absolute lack. It is selfish, it is greedy, it is displaying an absolute lack of any visible empathy towards your fellow suffering human being. In fact, the gathering of this “wealth” takes place on a ground of educated 'competition', which is a never ending battle between human beings. One must encourage the heart of a barbarian to reach stratospheric numbers, one must lead an incredibly self-interested and self-centred, and so selfish life. And living so selfishly, by nature, removes any interest in the lives of others. Look to the lives of certain of today’s billionaires, who have close to bankrupted entire nations, in their never ending pursuits of more. Look to the pandemic, when billionaires happily gathered tens of billions to their names in a single day, as families divided, homes were lost, poor people cast onto the street, and even to their deaths. And not one penny was returned. No small business was allowed to reopen. Those with most, took it all. Is this intelligent leadership? Is this what we all need emulate in our behaviour? Is this an orderly world? Or a world which has lost its way? Look no further than to the fact that our system of 'health' created new billionaires almost every day, from a tragedy unfolding on the lives of mankind. Look to the fact that certain medications, profitable to this venture were mandated, even though experimental, and so perhaps highly dangerous - and others, far cheaper, and effective, were ridiculed and beaten down. Profit, the pursuit of our own limited security, against the lives of every other person, is clearly, destroying our world. No one is to blame, we are all functioning like this, this is the agreed upon direction of our society. We are all caught in the same trap. It is up to us, to get out of it. It is surely, past time to rethink. The past few years, are a glaring education as to what is so very wrong with this world. And it is not how much a sick child is costing an overly profiting self interested system of 'health'. This is the result of the inevitable lack of relationship and feeling for another human being, which arises in a mind of great self-interest. Talk of philanthropy all your days, words never carried much meaning, unless accompanied by suitable action. A self-interested man has little ability to consider the lives of another. His entire life, is blinded by his own image of his own self importance, and his need, to ever stay at the top. He gathers sustenance from his elevated position over the lives of others, and control, not from the well being of all. The greater a man's outer display, the greater his inward poverty. So why are such men of ‘wealth’ given such a platform over our lives and such free unrestricted opportunity to mould our world, our only home, to their desires? And their desires are all consistently, in their own self-interest, ever, seeking 'more'. Which equates to, less, for all others. No magic money trees for the poor, no need to pay any taxes at all, for the rich. A duplicitous world of lies and manipulation arises, for profit is king, no matter how a man comes to it. We are not attacking anyone, we are questioning. We are questioning what appears an insane structure which is this day running our daily lives. Why is ‘wealth’ today (pursuit of more than you could ever spend), driving what we had believed to be our freely elected systems of democracy? Why is ‘wealth’ permitted to own so much that our entire world becomes a mere reflection of their inner thought patterns? We understand the danger of having not enough to live upon, why have we never understood the dangers of having too much? Are the two, not related? It is not the cost of caring for people which is limiting our health systems. It is the massive repetitive profits demanding to be generated by those who run it. And this for profit system of money care, operating in the name of ‘health’ care, is a system manipulatively introduced to our world by a previous century global elitist who profited massively from its's introduction. John D. Rockefeller. The original human God of limitless paper wealth, and limitless self interest. Denying his interest in the life of every other. This man almost single handedly all but denied our access to natural medicines. Access to what nature intended us to use to heal our sick bodies, and to moisten our fevered brows. This is the power one man with questionable desires and limitless self interested can wield over all other men's lives. Plants. Plants, which have evolved here on this planet over millions of years, specifically for that purpose, are our true medicines. We spend so much time, seeking new 'medicines' (oil derivatives), which few of, seem to cure anything and we ignore simultaneously, any great research into the healing powers of plants, given freely to us, from life. From which our own lives grew. Because we cannot profit from them. Such is the insanity of profit. Such, is the insanity of self-interest. Profit is a form of reward. Compensation for a day’s labour. It has come to mean everything in this very sick world, we have lost sight of the beauty and joy of doing something for its own sake, now everything is only considered valuable, if it can generate substantial 'profit'. And when profit becomes the primary concern, all else begins to die, and this is exactly what is taking place in our world this day, being driven insanely by men whose only passion in life, is their self-interested profit. Men whose eyes have turned away from this day, from the source of al life, to their future glory, to a world of imagined concepts, and so men whose eyes are blinded to the mountainous suffering their self interested actions are today bringing unnecessarily to the lives of so many innocent others. One must continuously repeat, we are attacking no one, nor should we attack anyone. We are all living together in this deeply troubled world, and the deep trouble of this world does not stem from any natural disaster, it stems from our own life confusions, it is our own self interested activities in an absolute absence of relationship, afforded by living continuously in such rotting self interest, which is society, which has been our programming education, which is repetitively greatly destructive to the lives of countless human beings. We are questioning, that we may come to shine a light on our common life problems, to see them accurately, that we may, suitably enlightened in the pursuit of clear understanding of these very real problems, bring a real and lasting change to our world. For the benefit of our people, not for the benefit of bringing to the lives of a few, more numbers. If we continue merely seeking greater number driven profit as our highest calling and allowing men of highest numbers to manipulate and control our world, then our world will continue to slip into greater poverty and greater chaos. And inevitably, it’s demise. This is a pattern we can witness in our history books. Civilisations before ours have fallen because of the very same insanity. We are not living well, when a few self-interested men possess nearly all, and our lives are to be lived only in their powerful shadows. We are living well, when each of us has a good quality of life, has food in our bellies, clothes on our back, and a home to shelter within. We are living well, when as human beings, we are free to live life as we best understand how to live life, from a foundation of our own life understanding. Not from the assurances, or even insistences, of another, only interested in profit. Why do we all possess questioning brains, if we need only follow the ideas of another? Why even birth a child, if the child is going to need money to be educated, fed, and raised, if profit, be our only consideration? There is surely more to life than ever chasing a mankind invented symbol of wealth. Numbers. Power over the lives of others. Top of the class. This is surely the most pointless and insane of all existences. Who is poorer than the man who already possesses the world, yet whose every life action, is chained forever to the gathering of more? Men who own the world, but lost their souls. You see, a man seeking 'profit' is a man who has removed his ability to relate to the real world. A man isolated behind walls of inner self-interested considerations. An isolated man, removed from relationship with others, walled in in self-interested desire and living in a conceptual future, the isolated land of that which is further desired. By and for the sum of one. This, is a soulless creature, one who finds his solace in life, in pointlessly ever gathering. A machine, programmed to accumulate. Seeking to reach a sense of completion in life by ever becoming more, a completion which never arrives, a completion, which never can arrive. There is always more to have. Aiming for more, is therefore to live a life of and in a limitation. When you have no completion in life, your life, is limited, no matter how many numbers you gather, your life, is limited. A life never complete, is ever limited, and so following the ideology of men who continue their lives in such limitation, is to live in a world which offers no completion to life. Ever seeking, never arriving. We are always becoming, never arriving. It will always be good in the ‘future’ (an idea), it is never good, this day, in the only day we all find ourselves alive. This day, is totally unimportant to a man who ever seeks more. And so, totally unimportant to the whole of society being led by men with such a pathetically limited, distorted, traditionally accepted programmed vision of life. To such men, and perhaps to most of us, this day, is a mere transitory period, on a never ending journey to imagined greater things, and our whole planet burns, as we are all pulled into this insanity. Pulled, into the isolated inner imagery, of men living in great self-interest. Blind to the world before their eyes. To nature, to life, this day, is all there is. Is this really how to 'order' a society of men well? To live in constant competition, to give the keys to the driving seat to the most ruthless and most self-interested? And so the most selfish? To ever run a society on the interests of ‘the economy’ and throw the lives of ordinary human beings repetitively to waste? This is the life we have all been educated to lead, this rotting, festering educated approach to life, in our society, sitting at the head of every self-interested government and industry leader, is classroom educated into us. It is here, in our twelve years of mandated “education” (again, designed by John D. Rockefeller, among others likewise monumentally self interested), that we are impressed into appreciating the values of competition against our peers, and ever seeking to outdo them in a class position, seeking top position. Seeking domination. All being drilled into us, by an ever present authority to our young lives. Accept, never question. Do you see the relationship to these early years of classroom indoctrination and brainwashing, at an age when every child's brain is developing, at an age before the ability to question even arises and the insanity of what leads our world this day? It is obvious, is it not? We don’t need any more of such indoctrinated ‘success’ which is nothing other than the failure so many of our lives meet this day. We don’t need any more numbers, printed magically out of thin air. We don’t need even more self interested billionaires, more capable of buying out governments, our media, and seeking eternal control over our lives. We need freedom from such a pointless and destructive approach to life as ever living in a state of competition against one another. We need find true value in life. This, is certainly not it. It is not held in numbers. Where do the truest of riches lie in life? Where do we find completion in life? It can never be in accumulation, for, as we have well seen on this short journey, seeking to accumulate is a journey of no ending, for there is always more to accumulate, evidenced in the lives of every billionaire in this world hypnotised by numbers. A life lived in constant accumulation, is a life of repetition, a life on a hamsters wheel, which never completes. That, which never completes, is always limited, and what is limited, is divisive between us, and so dangerous to all of us all.
Completion may be where we find true relationship. Not in travelling further, ever seeking ‘more’, but in an arrival, in stopping, in a complete negation of this pointless activity, of seeking 'wealth', which is no wealth at all, and which has brought our lives to this dangerous crossroads this day. Can you even imagine a world, where this was little to do, because our main focus was the quality of our lives this day? All of our lives. A world where humanity has arrived, and so no need to gather any more. No need to progress, a life lived, in completion, this day. The only day we find our lives occupying. A world of plenty for everyone, not 'more' for a few with too much already, and most of us, with hardly enough. We don’t have a clue about what it means to share. Sharing comes naturally to a mind in possession of love. A mind of love, seeks the best for another, for a mind of love, has no self-interest making its every decision. Unlike men of 'wealth', which is no wealth at all. Love, is complete. Self-interest, the driving force of our human number crunchers, is never so. We need a new system. And for a new system to exist, the old one, must die. Our world is crying out for a new approach to our lives, one other than living in constant battle, one man’s life against another, and the power seeking which must come to dominate in such a wild west approach to what we call an 'orderly' society. We cannot have a new system, a new way of doing things, as long as the old, destructive ways remain leading us. We cannot have a world of love, in a world only focussed on individual self-interest, reflected in a system of primary consideration for ‘economics’. Life, need to come to take precedence over economics. All life. Not only, the lives of the most self interested of us. In such a world as we live this day, we meet men worth unfathomable amounts of numbers, telling us now of a need to end the lives of our loves ones, before their allotted time, to withdraw ‘care’, in favour of a larger share of profit remaining in the hands of those who already own too much. Would they be happy to terminate the life of their own sick child, that they may hold onto greater numbers? Loveless, empty souls. Could a mind in possession of love ever contemplate such a thing? No, is the terribly sad answer one comes to find. Our world changes when we change. When we cease to see value in battling competition, when we cease to see value where there is none, only then, we will turn our backs on the ways of this broken, unholy world. The word ‘holy’ etymologically, is closely related to the word ‘whole’ or ‘complete’. And so living a life of ever seeking more, a life of never finding completion, might be come to be considered the most ‘unholy’ of lives. And it is. Look at this world. Is this why it is easier for a camel to pass though the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter heaven? When we care for the whole of life, (all of it, including every human being), the whole of life is cared for, and our lives become 'holy'. When we care for only ourselves, we seek to control the lives of others. We seek only for ourselves and in manipulated positions of power, of an order bought and placed in our back pockets, life becomes unfair, and dictated. And lacking any sense of freedom. And freedom, is necessary, to find love. And we come to value symbols for wealth more than wealth itself. Wealth, is the freedom of every human heart, not the constraining and tying down of it, to the self interest of a man blind to all, other than seeking grater numbers. What greater wealth could there be in this world, than every human being adequately cared for, and provided their life (and death) needs. Whatever they be. Life gave us this. We constructed a society to make things easier for us. It has certainly not turned out that way. It is past time we begin to see the immediate dangers, and seriously, begin to question - why? Or shall we allow men of wealth, like Mr. Gates, to lead us into their future conceptual idea of utopia? Pulling the plug on a sick child's life, to make sure more profit remains, for those whose desires can never know any completion.

AuthorHello to all, I am a 60 year old man who has spent the best part of his life studying the teachings of J.Krishnamurti. My name is Henryk. I am rather unimportant, although what I talk about on these pages, has great importance. Particularly today, in this dark world, led by men of infinite wealth, unfortunately without the intelligence to match. My work here stands on the shoulders of that of J.Krishnamurti. Without this man's passion and great life understanding, this website would never have existed. His effect on my own life has been immeasurable. A man of infinite vision and wisdom, who spent over 60 years of his life travelling the world and discussing life and societal problems. Krishnamurti passed away in the 1980s. Anyone interested in the nature of discussion in the content of this site, will likely find great interest in the work of Krishnamurti. Hundreds of videos may be found on YouTube. There is a link above dedicated to his work to which new content is planned to be regularly added. The beauty of truth in life, is that it is identical for each one of us. Truth is the place we all come to meet in unity. And truth belongs to no man. Only pointless opinions, divisive, traditional, educated into and gathered by us, may be claimed as ownership. The change in our world so desperately needed this day, is within us, not external to our lives. All man's actions begin in the area of human thinking, it is this needs understood and brought to revolution. Thanks for taking the time to visit, a few posts are being added to the site weekly at the moment, when I find time. If you would like to support the work here, you can do so from the price of a cup of coffee each month, contributors are invited to online discussions.
