ENDING THE CURRENCY OF CONTROL - ENDING FEARFear. It shrinks and paralyses our actions and our lives. The world is full of fears this day. Perhaps, you are too? You ever question what it is? I don’t mean fear of what others think, or fear of death, or fear of life, or fear of illness, fear of loss, fear of life never holding any meaning. I am taking all fear in one bag, what is the driving energy which maintains the psychological inward phenomenon we call fear? It is a movement in thought, is it not? An inner movement within the constantly inward flow of words and images, held in human memory. What gets afraid? What feels the terror of these inner words, images and emotions? Who is the watcher of fear? We carry so little understanding of our inner psychological world, so little comprehension of the inner educated area of our lives which is the ground from which our every life action begins. What is fear, and who or what gets afraid? What is interesting here, in this presently discussed question, is to ask a question, so rarely ever asked - “Can Fear End?” Fear, as previously mentioned, but don't take my word for it, to observe and see this fact for yourself carries much more value for your life - is a movement within thought. A movement related to time. We are not discussing physical fear. The fear of an actual posing real life present moment threat to your quality of life or safety. We are talking about the inner quality of psychological fear so many of us live within, day after day, never finding release. This inner psychological fear may have deep relationship to our inner sense of time, to our remembered past memories, and to our conceptual future we project that memory into, seeking continuity and growth, in eternal 'becoming'. The very nature of our unquestioned thinking minds, may be what is giving birth to fear. How many this day carry inward fears related to the “Great Reset”? How many to the pandemic we have just passed through, of questionable origin and nature? Let’s look a little more closely, shall we, at psychological fear? Fear, is always related to knowledge and time. Verify these words, never accept a thing from anyone. It is only when we see the truth or falseness of any statement for ourselves, that our lives may live standing on the solid ground of that truth. We live our lives as educated to live our lives. Our education, among other things, is an acceptance and aligning to certain traditional long standing social, religious and ideological principles. And part of this education has been to live psychologically finding security in a sense of continuity, in carrying our past into a conceptual future involved eternally in a process of 'becoming'. A sense in life of progress, a sense in life, of becoming. A poor man seeks wealth, a wealthy man seeks more wealth, a labourer seeks to be a manager, a priest a bishop, a private a lieutenant and we have all been educated to seek 'success', (the ideology of what this is, is different between each of us, and these inner differences, inner divided projected conceptual futures, lead us repeatedly to conflict and war). This is all a process of time, which our society functions on (building back better is a movement in conceptual time). and our lives have been conditioned during school years to accept this approach to life, as the only virtuous way of living. Conceptual psychological time, the inner thought based movement birthing all action in our lives, brings all kinds of psychological instability to the consciousness of humanity. I may want a better future, but there is no guarantee I will have one. And so I fear. I may be permitted to live as I have grown accustomed and attached to in life, but such a free quality of life, may not be available in the coming days, weeks, months and years. And so I fear. I may be healthy this day, although I may be forced to take an experimental medication against my will in the future. And so I fear. Or I may be sick, through no fault of my own, I may become so ill through the actions of other men, and although my life this day may be one of health, the knowledge of the potential for life devastation I see all around me every day, and the uncertainty I meet in never being in any position to accurately predict my days ahead, brings my mind repeatedly to psychological fear. Fear has direct relationship to our conceptually educated inner sense of time, and continuity and becoming. Can fear end? Who is asking this question? Is it fear itself, or an inner psychological observer to fear? Does such a thing exist? Perhaps, in the questioning so far we have shared here together this day, you are beginning to become aware of how little you actually understand of this inner nature of human consciousness, the birthplace of our every psychological reaction as well as the birthplace of every outer physical action we take in life. We have been taught what to think, not how to think. And that what we have been told to think, may be one of the reasons we may come to suffer from inward psychological fears. How do you look at fear? Have you ever looked at fear? Or do you try to push it away, do you try to run away, suppress, or beat down any presenting fear based inner emotional turmoil? If you do, how has that worked out for you to date? Are you free of psychological fear? Did you manage to outrun this inner shadow massacring any inner potential for a peaceful life? Of course not. There is no action you can take to free your life from fear, for fear is an inner psychological mechanism within the structure of human memory, and memory, is a part of what you are. If you attempt to run away from fear, you are running away from a part of yourself. If you attempt to beat down fear, you are beating down a part of yourself. And if you attempt to avoid fear, through the use of alcohol or drugs, through an over indulgence in sex, or deeply committing yourself to a religious belief, you are attempting to run away from a part of what you are. Many are the roads offering an avoidance or suppression of fear, none bring fear to resolution. Turn the next corner, fear will come to meet your life once more. So what is the answer? Are we doomed as a race to live under the shadow cast by this inner mechanism so difficult to live with and impossible to resist, deny, or fight against? Have you ever closely watched fear? Without any resistance, have you allowed fear its place within consciousness, invited it even, to study this inner complex mechanism which reduces so many lives to sorrow? The suggestion seems counterproductive does it not? Fear is a difficult inner emotion and structure of repetitive images. An unresolved problem. A problem which has taken countless human lives and destroyed countless others. A problem people regularly take to the incompetent doctors office, a problem making pharmaceutical corporations very rich in a lifelong reliance of ‘medication’ seeking to end an undesirable unwanted manifestation of inner words, images, flowering in the uncomfortable inner psychological movement of fear. The problem of human fear, perhaps, may only be truly resolved, with an understanding of human fear. No quick fix perhaps, but time is of little relevance if a person is truly passionate to bring an end to inner distress to their life. If you fear, whatever you fear, the inner picture projected is irrelevant, if you fear, can you bring interest to this inner suffering? Can you allow it to be? It is, after all, there. So can you allow it it’s place? What watches fear? What is ‘afraid’? What, are you? Are you also a movement within this psychological inward thought and image based structure of human consciousness? Are you a thinker of thoughts, as educated to see yourself as, as every movement of society proclaims you are? Have you verified this educated and societal assumption about the inner structure of your consciousness accepted by all? I know you have not. Because, if you had, if you had patiently taken the time needed to come to understand the complexities of your inner psychological condition, greatly a legacy of education, in this process you would, out of necessity, have come to meet your inner fears, and further, in repetitive inner contact with the inner structure of the complex conflicted inner ground from which your every life action arises, you would have come to an understanding of such matters. And an understanding of the actual movement of fear, is the only possible action, to bring fear to an end. What would you give to bring psychological fear to an ending in your life? A total, complete ending. A slaying of the beast within. The ending of fear, is the beginning of a freedom which can never be touched, by a mind which lives in fear. The approach is this, although one must keep in mind, these words point to an action, the word is never the thing, the words are merely a street sign, pointing to a destination of an activity, outside of themselves. Be patient. Stop resisting, running away from, escaping or trying to suppress fear in any way. Stop judging your fear. All of these inner activities are an avoidance of the direct and only effective activity of watching fear, which leads to an understanding of what is seen in holistic totality. You need awaken vision capable of looking at your inner nature, as it is, not as you wish it to be. Such activity, if possible, allows for a close and keen studying of the inner nature of one’s mind. This process can be used for all psychological difficulties, not only fears, anger, jealousy, inner hurt, depression, all, may be brought to silent observation. This activity, if one can develop the art of looking inwardly from a position of silence, is allowing the human brain, to see the nature of its own movements, previously hidden or run away from. This activity, if pursued diligently with passion, can lead, to an insight into the working nature of fear, to an understanding of the psychological processes which allow fear to ever come into any position to negatively affect your life. Watch your inner nature, if this interests you, and you hear something in these words, watch all of it, look into every dark corner within. Come to a first hand understanding of what you are, psychologically. This activity, this art of looking, has immense potential to lessen and even bring to an end negative inner emotions, and with every inner realisation of the actual functionality of the inner workings of the psychological human conceptual educated condition, we are bringing our lives closer to ultimate psychological freedom. Free from the inner bondage so easily fallen into, when we live as we have been educated to live, with no first hand understanding of our lives for ourselves. This matter of fear, is more important than only the quality of your individual life, which is not individual at all, the entire consciousness of humanity stands on the same ground of inner conceptual thoughts. Human beings have lived with fear since the dawning of time. Fear leads us to make great mistakes in life, it distorts our view of reality, and makes relationship impossible to meet. It destroys any potential for peace and love and harmony in life to exist. This world is such a disorderly place to live within, and one of the reasons may well be, our lack of understanding of that which gives birth to our actions. This is thought, and thought, creates all fear. Can you act? Can you find the interest and the passion and the sustained observation to learn what it means to look inwardly from a position of silence, to allow all to be seen? This an art, and to learn any art, takes a certain time, although the action of looking itself, is timeless. If you can learn this art, your life will be a force to be reckoned with. You are coming to an understanding of your own life. And an understanding of your own life, is an understanding of life itself. If you can find in your life the time and the patience to learn the art of looking from silence, which is to look without any distraction, you will be, in the revelation of what is seen, bringing your inner world of turmoil and conflict to peace, harmony and and balance. Where there was once fear and uncertainty, now in understanding, we may come to find peace, and certainty.
Conflict within the mind of humanity may end, and if conflict within the mind of humanity can end, conflict and war in the society which is born from the inner thinking minds of men, may also end. As our inner thinking is the ground from which all human action arises, a beneficial change at this root point of our actions, which builds our society, will bring a beneficial change to our society. A mind free from inner conflict, builds a world without conflict. A mind without fear, will build a world, without fear. And a mind understanding of its inner nature, is a free mind, free from the entanglements non understanding previously brought to life. And a free mind, is needed, in fact is the only thing, which will ever allow us to build a free world. If you seek a better world, the starting place lies in the understanding of your mind.

AuthorHello to all, I am a 60 year old man who has spent the best part of his life studying the teachings of J.Krishnamurti. My name is Henryk. I am rather unimportant, although what I talk about on these pages, has great importance. Particularly today, in this dark world, led by men of infinite wealth, unfortunately without the intelligence to match. My work here stands on the shoulders of that of J.Krishnamurti. Without this man's passion and great life understanding, this website would never have existed. His effect on my own life has been immeasurable. A man of infinite vision and wisdom, who spent over 60 years of his life travelling the world and discussing life and societal problems. Krishnamurti passed away in the 1980s. Anyone interested in the nature of discussion in the content of this site, will likely find great interest in the work of Krishnamurti. Hundreds of videos may be found on YouTube. There is a link above dedicated to his work to which new content is planned to be regularly added. The beauty of truth in life, is that it is identical for each one of us. Truth is the place we all come to meet in unity. And truth belongs to no man. Only pointless opinions, divisive, traditional, educated into and gathered by us, may be claimed as ownership. The change in our world so desperately needed this day, is within us, not external to our lives. All man's actions begin in the area of human thinking, it is this needs understood and brought to revolution. Thanks for taking the time to visit, a few posts are being added to the site weekly at the moment, when I find time.
