HOW TO DETOX SPIKE PROTEINHOW TO DETOX FROM SPIKE PROTEIN - (shedding) - although seems it also helps those suffering vaccination damage - I can't comment on this although it definitely helps those suffering from 'shedding'. Of which I have suffered a very severe case, and am at last beginning to see strong recovery signs after 14 months of worsening ill health.
First off, if you can afford it, buy Jonathon Otto's DVD series covering all on Covid and vac. damage - ( highly recommended - most of what is listed here comes from him with some added bits from my own past experiences with serious illness from likely genetically modified food supplements (L-Tryptophan - don't touch this stuff) - Jonathon's DVDs can be purchased here - https://vsecretscc.com/own/ Jonathon's Telegram channel - Jonathon Otto - Health Secret Nicotine gum to start (or cut patches) - Covid lives on the cells nicotine receptors, taking Nicotine dislodges it - start on 2mg a day, increase weekly. Jonathon Otto recommends doubling the amount every week, too fast for me, I went up by 1mg a week, increasing now by 2mg. This dislodges the protein. The body prefers nicotine on nicotine receptors, covid is dislodged, and enters the bloodstream, from here, it must be flushed out from the system - the use of supplements, vitamins, antioxidants and a good diet with plenty of rest accomplish this. To flush it out the system: Magnesium (important for nerve pain too), Prickly Pear cactus, Grape seed extract, Selenium, Omega 3 oils, Liquorice root, Copper and Zinc (very important) - these are depleted by the spike toxin, Nattokinaise (also important, keeps the blood thin, prevents clotting) - a good multi vitamin, B Vitamin complex (important for nerve repair) Quercetin, N-A-C, EDTA, (Both NAC and EDTA are very important, NAC produces glutathione, a master anti oxidant, and EDTA binds to and flushes heavy metals from the vaccine from the body, probiotics, Black seed oil, ivermectin (the jewel, if you can find it), hydroxy - chloroquine (make this from boiled grapefruit and lemon peels, you can find tutorials online, ignore the ones who say it does not help), Black seed oil, Vitamin D3+K2 (important), Natural vitamin C (lots of) - I use Acerola powder. Psyllium husk, cocoa, dark chocolate, white pine needle tea. Get what you can afford, you don't need throw the kitchen sink at it, but the more you can do, the faster and easier the recovery. To support the heart, if needed - Mukta Vati (Ayurvedic), Strophantus, (homeopathic), Crataegus. If you cannot get Ivermectin, (I could not), then try to get your hands on Vermox, it's another anti parasitic drug which seems to help to kill off the spike toxin. Finally, in the supplement/medicine category, there are snake venom homeopathic treatments, I am taking one at the moment, which seems to help, it's name is Crotalus Horridus. Another three are also apparently helpful, I don't have the full list at hand, do an internet search, sure you will find them. If not, get back to me by leaving a message below. I must state I am not a doctor, and whatever you do, you do at your own risk, I am only forwarding what I am doing, which appears to be helping well, I have went from being unable to stand hardly at all around a week to two ago, to functioning fairly well, though I still have a long way to go, and still suffer terrible daily symptoms. With longer periods of feeling better. Diet is important, avoid all sugar, carbs, bread, pasta, etc. Green leafy (organic if possible) vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, Ginger, Turmeric (fresh if you can), Garlic, Avocados, Nuts, seeds, (especially pumpkin) fresh yoghurt, honey in moderation is okay, and has beneficial properties. Coffee enemas (or salt water - 2 teaspoons salt in distilled water) - may also help flush the toxins out faster, (white organic coffee) - (sells under the name of "Gerson's) - though any white organic coffee will work. I am taking an infrared sauna once a week also, to help flush this poison out of my system, it hurts my nervous system, though I can settle it down using Vagus nerve reset techniques, (found on YouTube) and the day after I usually have a very good day. Spinach is important for the nervous system, and walnuts, eat lots of them. Cayenne pepper also keeps blood clean and thins the blood. That's the lot - pass this on to anyone suffering, has helped me a lot in only a month, still a long way to go, but I see light at the end of the tunnel. Very interesting. Thank you for this post! Have noticed I’ve become very prone to viruses where pre-Covid I’d be affected pretty rarely. I’m Vax free but over the past couple of years I have noticed extreme fatigue, insomnia, forgetfulness, itchy nose/face, migraines, irritability etc while also being prone to full-blown flu symptoms with high fevers - something I hardly every experienced before. I’m guessing it’s the shedding. I’m mostly worried for my very young children. What would you recommend for them?

I do not know who is Jonathon Otto but I do know he is NOT the FLCCC who gives free and truly scientific advice on how to people could help themselves after co vida or vax.
