TAKE A JOURNEY INTO YOURSELFHow old are you? Have you been on a long journey this life? Are you battle scarred or wounded? Physically, psychologically, or perhaps both? Are you at the end of your tether? We have built a society which is completely immoral. As we are completely immoral. Our society reflects our inner nature. What does our society tell us about our communal human inner nature? As a race, we rape, murder, pillage, steal, enforce, dictate war against and terrorise. All in the name of progression. Progress. Divisive progress, in which each nation, system, idea and religion find their security in defending their position against every other. We engage in violence every day of our lives. Threat of war is ever present, today, the ugly true nature and reality of nuclear deterrents is once again sending cold shivers down every mother’s spine. The deterrents we have built are the potential for our absolute destruction. Why are we living this way? Why, for all our intelligence, for all our technological prowess, for all our ambition and drive, have we never come to find order, in our lives and so in the life of our society, that our lives may not suffer, as they do. Why do we continue to divide when we could utilise our technology and our intelligence to solve our total global problems? It has been called the 'human condition'. 'Original Sin' even. Man’s 'inhumanity against his fellow man', all words used to describe something remaining completely non understood, and such words, are never the most revealing. Where did our nightmare begin? How does it continue? Surely, to make anything good, this is what we need to find. Any gardener understands that to rid a bed of any undesired weed, the weed must be completely uprooted. One must travel to the source of the problem, if solving the problem forever is the desired outcome. In similar fashion, is there a root to all of our daily human communal suffering, caused by our inhumanity and abject violence against each other? A total lack of relationship which denies our ability to live together as one people, in peace and harmony. When you were very young, an act of societal violence was carried out on your life, as destructive as any other which would follow. You were conditioned to view your consciousness as divided into parts. A thinker and thoughts. This is the root of all of humanities problems. Let’s investigate. You suffer psychologically, do you not? Do you not carry hurts, fears, guilt’s, neurosis - are you not ever pursuing pleasure? Ever desiring, escaping fear? Have you never felt great pangs of jealousy, and the burning hatred of envy? The anger of disagreement? The deep suffering of loss. We have made our minds a battlefield, and the possibility for this to happen, was laid down in the years of classroom study, of leadership into living life forever in memory, forever thinking. We live our daily lives in a psychological inner condition we have no choice or control over, and very little understanding of. Legacy of the classroom. This is why our world is always going bad to worse. This is why we psychologically suffer. Our society is a society of conflict because our inner psychological condition, which is what we meet the world with and order our daily actions from, is in disorder. A diseased tree, grows from an unhealthy seed. A healthy and fair world can only grow out of healthy and fair minds. Knowledge is never complete, and we live our lives in knowledge, which is the movement of memory held as knowledge in the recorded experiences of our past. As knowledge is never complete, and as we all stand on this ground of human knowledge, our lives never come to a sense of completion. We have nowhere, to lay our heads. Living in incompletion, as we do, within this inner field of recorded memories and sense of time, we come to divide as our past experiences seek to gain traction in a sense of progress into a future. As our experiences are all different, we all aim for different isolated conceptual futures, each of us viewing the world through a different lens, through the totality of remembered experiences we have lived through and been educated to accept. Through our thinking. This, is what divides our lives, and in these psychological divisions, we divide, conflict and war. All divisions always lead to conflict. Think about this, the total sum of ‘one’ will not conflict. Cannot conflict. How can ‘one’ conflict? The state of the hostile environment of conflict requires at least two in number. And two, denotes a division. We have conflict within our inner consciousness. Pointing towards the absolute fact that our minds are divided within themselves. Not actually, but a division has been programmed within the brain, the division of thinker and thought. Thinker, and thoughts. The thinker, apparently, is a permanent entity, at least to death, and many hope, beyond. Represented and held in identification to the name given at birth. Thought is fleeting, considered the product of the thinker, although the thinker often enters into battle with other thoughts. Fears, worries, concerns, anger, anxiety, depression, all these and more regularly come to limit the natural joy and freedom in life many would otherwise feel, living a life in absence from such inner divisive phenomenon. Such conflicting inner energies so well known to suffering humanity. Our brains are in conflict, and the conflict is within itself. They are divided. A computer is programmed using a language and so can come to function in a limited fashion, related to the code input into its processor. We have a similar situation happening within the cells of our brains following mandatory childhood education. Our brains come to find security living in memory and language. Images and words. Psychological abstractions of our Universe and our lives. Of time, and even of what we are. These images and words are recordings of information and experiences past, education also, based in knowledge, and so limited in nature, for no one on this earth can ever experience all there is to experience. As this knowledge which arises within our brain cells is limited in nature to past experiences, it divides us, into Christians, Muslims, Jews, Palestinians. Brits, Americans, Russians, Chinese. Rich or poor. The symbolic representations we hold dearly in our lives, offering a sense of security psychologically, by virtue of a continuity in time, offering a feeling of belonging, are dividing us physically and bringing very troubling insecurity to our world. This is as true in the area of religion, as it is in politics, in belief, in ideology, in nationality, in social class status, in tradition and in wealth. Each person is educated to find security in historically divisive and so conflicting principles, different names, beliefs, families, religions, nationalities, ideologies. And so we historically continue and repeat battles between ourselves and within ourselves over centuries. This is the history of humanity. It will be our future also, unless we come to understand the meaning of change. Unless we can end our divisive approaches to life. We seek security and find it, living within traditional educated concepts. We never seem to realise the security we seek in a group, naturally divided from all other groups, is the root cause of all insecurity in our lives. This is because division leads us into conflict. How do we combat this, if we even see this? Surely, we learn about the root of all divisions, which is the division between thinker and thought. This is true meditation, gazing at your belly for days is unlikely to have the same impact. Engaging true mediation has potential to change your life. If you can come to understand through an action of direct perception, the actual fact of what is taking place in this inner psychological area of whispered words and passing images within human consciousness, where now you believe presently, to be divided between thinker and thought, your life may come to revolution. If you can understand through a direct observation of your inner moment by moment perception distracted talkative nature, if you can establish the truth of the actual relationship between the thinker and the thought, your life must change.
The thinker and the thought are one. And this is where we heal. We heal, from the inside out. For this is the very root of all of our fragmentations. And it is built upon a falsehood, we need only see this falsehood, to heal the life of humanity. And you are, the life of humanity. We all are this. Beyond all the labels we find psychological security living behind, we find our true life altering unity in the fact that we become one under the umbrella of humanity. We are human beings, before we are educated to be anything else. We heal firstly inwardly, for when we see we are one inwardly, the brain stops to act in resistance against itself, cease all suppression, escape and aggression, against its own inner movements. The thinker, is the thought, there is no division, only an appearance of one. Thought is divisive within its movements, but the movement of all thought, has one internal source. Memory. Thinker and thoughts, are both movements within human memory. Conflict can end, inside the human mind, inside the mind of our race, ever born to suffering and war. And when we have so healed our minds, if we have travelled so far, if we can travel so far, through diligent observation to ascertain the exact operational structure of thought, paying careful attention to the nature of the thinker and the thought and asking the question, are these energies truly a duality, in anything other than words? Is the thinker, the thought? This is the important thing to see. Yes or no, answer this question, through your own inner journey, through your own watching. An interesting, although tragic thing happens in all of our lives. Educated to live in memory, as we have been, and as we do, for thought is memory, we carry, among all other past experienced fragments of inner remembered knowledge, our past hurts within us. And we suffer in life, for we continue our pains and hurts and fears and depressions, through our incessant need for a continuity, which we find security within. For our incessant need to become something. The continuity of the thinker, the self, the human Ego. The building of a powerful self. But there is no security in continuity, because that which continues in life, naturally enters a process of decay and a repetition of the past replaces living in this actual present moment. Life becomes a repetition, which is mechanical, and limited, to repeating past memories. We live within an infinite universe, forever walking around in the same circles. In a state of conflict against each other, for the circles we tread, are all in differing areas. Life can change for us. For our race collectively, and so for each of us individually. The two are one, the individual, is the collective. Can there ever be greater intelligence than to meet life, this universe, that which we are, unhindered by the inner limitations of thought? Free to look, without knowledge? To see and live timelessly. To live without self, the observer, the thinker, the continuity. The old, the past, the remembered. To live in this present moment, without a carried past, and without a desired future. To live wholly and absolutely now. The word "whole", etymologically, relates to the word "holy". Here, may also be where we meet a true religion which changes the inner bound heart and mind of man, where we end all divisions, and the inner psychological self, an accumulation of knowledge over time, is allowed to die, might we find the true nature of the words that a man must be reborn, to enter the kingdom of heaven. We are of course, talking about a revolution within the brain cells of mankind. Sounds impossible does it not? Well can we try the impossible? Has the possible ever worked out well for us? The possible, is what we know. The possible to today, has only ever divided us. What happens, if the human brain listens to its own inner movements without choice, just listens without seeking to change, without suppression, without restraint, without running away? Steadily approached, will it not begin to hear its own inner movements? And will this listening not lead to a true vision of the actual state of affairs within this divided psychology, this root of the rot decaying within our society? This repetition of our past, leading us into our future, which of course, can only ever be a modified repetition of what came before? When and if you understand what you are, which is a bundle of internal words and images, in constant flow and conflict, which demands a process of seeing, not thinking, your life will surely change. Forty days, or forty years, is irrelevant. This is the only road to travel. If the future lives of your children, their children, and every child yet to born, are important to you. Take a journey into yourself. Let’s change the seemingly never ending abysmal quality of life, of humanity. One mind at a time.

AuthorHello to all, I am a 60 year old man who has spent the best part of his life studying the teachings of J.Krishnamurti. My name is Henryk. I am rather unimportant, although what I talk about on these pages, has great importance. Particularly today, in this dark world, led by men of infinite wealth, unfortunately without the intelligence to match. My work here stands on the shoulders of that of J.Krishnamurti. Without this man's passion and great life understanding, this website would never have existed. His effect on my own life has been immeasurable. A man of infinite vision and wisdom, who spent over 60 years of his life travelling the world and discussing life and societal problems. Krishnamurti passed away in the 1980s. Anyone interested in the nature of discussion in the content of this site, will likely find great interest in the work of Krishnamurti. Hundreds of videos may be found on YouTube. There is a link above dedicated to his work to which new content is planned to be regularly added. The beauty of truth in life, is that it is identical for each one of us. Truth is the place we all come to meet in unity. And truth belongs to no man. Only pointless opinions, divisive, traditional, educated into and gathered by us, may be claimed as ownership. The change in our world so desperately needed this day, is within us, not external to our lives. All man's actions begin in the area of human thinking, it is this needs understood and brought to revolution. Thanks for taking the time to visit, a few posts are being added to the site weekly at the moment, when I find time. If you would like to support the work here, you can do so from the price of a cup of coffee each month, contributors are invited to online discussions.
