the time is late and the only time to act is nowWhat is wealth? What does it mean to be wealthy? All our lives, most of us alive have been continuously drip fed, cradle to grave, the virtue of 'success', the accepted nature of 'religion', and the unquestioned following of all 'authority'. Our schools focus on encouraging the seeking of a quest, to arrive top of the class. And to stay there. Turning the lives of all children into the battlefield their adult lives are certain to continue. This has been, up to now, a capitalist society, and capitalism, is a becoming. As our lives, have been turned into. Competition, from classroom to boardroom, is a form of violence. Me, before you, Me, against you. Why have we, as a race, accepted that to reach what we call personal 'success' in life, it is of greater benefit to our people to destroy the harmony of all life, which would certainly exist without this divisive educated drive, towards individual 'success'? Are we wealthy when our air is not fit to breathe? Are we wealthy when our water is not fit to drink? Are we wealthy when we are so self-interested that we refuse to listen to the cries of dying children in favour of accumulating greater numbers in tax havens? Are we wealthy when we each possess thousands of atomic weapons? Are we wealthy, when mandated to take experimental medications funnelling billions into the pockets of a few? Are we wealthy when our governments operate from a base of corruption of their duty to the people? Are we wealthy when we have allowed a system of corporate lobbying to supersede the needs and desires of the electorate? Are we wealthy when our wealthiest are worth hundreds of billions and countless men, women and children sleep on street corners and die from lack of even food? I think we have a need to begin to allocate the title of ‘success’ onto the whole picture. I think we need to stop measuring success, based on the individual birth names of one or two of us. I think we need start quantifying our success based on the least of us, not on the so called highest. The success of the few, has created the miserable abject failure of the many. The system of seeking success, is not what life intended for us. It is what greedy, self-interested men intended for our lives, that we would sell our lives into servitude, that we would agree to work hard every day, for the smallest recompense, allowing for the greatest success of our served masters. This education was designed with intention, and the intention was not to grow intelligent human beings. We have always lived this way however, finding security where there is none to be found, in 'authority', granting that authority the power to make decisions over our lives, based on every whim, schism, or even madness. Rarely, on intelligence. Perhaps, never. Intelligence, is not a quality accessible to a mind limited to only thinking, to a mind blind to perception. How many us have died, following the insane ramblings of what was originally perceived a wonderful leader of our people? In every corner of the globe, this has happened more times over the countless years of our history, than we could ever add up. And yet we have never learned, we are still living in this authoritarian pyramided fashion. We have resigned responsibility for our own lives, over to another. In every area. In the area of medicine, we have allowed an industry to grow, convincing us all that their imposed wares on our previous traditional way of doing things, favouring oil derivatives, to the plants and herbs that grow here with us, to make untold billions, for a few, is in the name of our health. A medical system which rarely heals, but which has kept us alive for longer it seems, only also, sicker. In the area of the governance of our lives, we have given the keys to the richest of us. Yes, a system exists providing a façade that the 'people' are in power. But we all see, this is no longer true. The power of global and national government today, is in the hands of those who have accumulated the greatest paper wealth to their names. Regardless of how they accumulated. Our ordering principles in this world are founded on personal self interest, a divisive approach, leading to an absolute disorder. 'Many men this day live lives of unbelievable opulence and bring darkness to the lives of others because their powerful lineage, their heritage, their inheritance, arrives from an ancestry of bloody conquerors. It’s almost laughable, were it not so serious, the structure of what we call 'order', and how it has it’s roots of continuity in absolute disorder. In the area of religion, in the area of the transformation of a man’s life into understanding and holiness, we find the Church, we find the temple, we find the Pope, the Bishop, the Kohain, the Imam and the Brahmanas. We find the same, an authority, informing us of what we need to believe, what religion is, and how we meet it in our lives. We find belief and acceptance and following an authority and division in what we have come to accept as religion. Religion may be a revolution in the hearts and minds of men. It may have very little to do with belief. In every area of our lives, we are living as others are telling us we need be living. We have lived this way for thousands of years. We have nothing in life we have found out for ourselves. What we have inwardly are the assurances of our leaders. We carry the beliefs educated into us of what constitutes 'religion', based on a childhood education and the dogmatic insistences of another. We follow a government which assures us they are doing the best for us, while undermining our lives in every way possible. It is impossible to act for the benefit of two masters, and one, is paying much more than the other today. We follow doctors whose methods and treatments are aligned to a group of people who seem far more interested in the profit they can glean from their 'medicines', than they ever have in the health of the people they treat. And this in only a select few areas of our lives. Look into other corners, you will find the same self interest momentum, destroying our world. We are second hand people, living on the words and the visions and the directions of others. We have nothing in our lives which we have found to be true, for ourselves. Our education has been greatly responsible for allowing this dire situation to develop. This is perhaps the easiest way to live, (in one way of looking at it), and the most difficult in another. What easier than to give the keys to the driving seat of your life to another? What more potentially dangerous also, should that other decide to take your life into an area more beneficial to their desires, superstitions and lack of understanding than to your very real needs? Did you notice the word 'desire'? It’s incredible, but 'desire', is where we fracture. Desire may be what we need to understand, to revolutionise our world. Desire drives this world, and desire is an isolated movement. Desire does not act in the interests of us all. Desire is the seeking of the continuity of something past established into a conceptually projected future state. I have not this today, but I will have this tomorrow. This, is how we live. How we have lived. How we have been programmed to live. And this is what has torn our world to pieces. My 'desires' against yours. My 'needs' against yours. My 'successes' before yours. Why has it never occurred to us, that when we all are well looked after, we are all well looked after? Surely, this is the only true 'success' there could ever be? How can we call our giants of wealth this day 'successful', when their success, leaves this world and the lives of so many upon it, in such poverty, fear and devastation? Desire divides our lives in time and removes our perceptions from this living creative moment of time. The only moment of time our lives are actually lived within, this moment. Desire distorts what I see now, colouring this moment with its whisperings, longings, images and words. Desire brings fear into my life, for I may never reach that which I desire, and if I do, I may lose it, for others all desire what I have. Desire is behind every atrocity, every rape, every child sex trafficked, every tax haven, every child starving to death, every conflict and every war. Every greedy CEO and every salivating politician prostituting his position to the highest bidder. Desire, is behind it all. This is the inner psychological movement, projected outwardly which has broken our world into pieces. Does the creative movement of life travel on the back of an inner wave of desire? We have been educated to see desire as a virtue. Desire can never bring anything new to our lives, for desire is an educated movement within thinking, which is memory, which is a continuity of the past. And so desire brings greater harm to our life, than 'only' dividing us and bringing our lives to the outer conflict which such physical divisons, must bring. Desire sees our lives led in a continuity of repetition, for desire arises from past remembered experiences. Behind desire is the seeking of a continuity of pleasure, remembered from the past. We find security in this mundane continuity of past remembrances, and our lives become a mournful affair. Pleasure and pain, are ever found together. Seeking pleasure, in the continuity of desire, leads our lives to pain, because this a divisive and isolated activity. The joy of life, found in meeting life, free from the inner 'guidance' of the past, free from thinking, will never be found in desire, nor the continuity of pleasure it eternally seeks. Do you desire? Watch this snake of seeking to become 'more' in time, this destroyer of a crystal clear view of life and an authentic place in this universe, in the only time you ever truly existed, in the only place you have ever been. This time. This place. Watch carefully, every movement in the inner room of your educated and programmed psychological life, watch it all, like a hawk. For you understand not a thing of this inner cage to your life. This educated and accepted traditional approach to life through limited thinking has removed your life from the truest of treasures, it has brought you to nothing other than the loss of your soul. To regain your soul, your true nature, to revolutionise your life, to remove it from the domination of an educated abnormality, a past, memories, leading life - you must bring this inner psychological area to revolution. You must stop seeking to live your life for the benefit of a 'future', which is a concept, and in a constant continuity of your past, which is a dead memory. You must cease to seek your security in educated accepted divisions against other human beings. This is all to be found in our thinking. Most of all you must come to find the right place for thought in your life. We have been educated to live in thought. Is the past (which is memory, which is thought), an accurate guide from which to lead our lives? Thought is memory, thought is only knowledge, recorded data. Incapable of love, incapable of sight, incapable of relationship, for the recorded past incidents of your life hold a quality similar to the sound heard in an audio recording. Seemingly alive to the listener unaware of the recording, yet certainly not alive. Today, our thinking has relationship, one man to another, our actual lives, are dying in this conceptual shadow of the real. Our pasts, are killing our collective present moment by seeking their continuity into a projected future in competition against all others. The past, which we have been educated to live within and to seek continuity of, is to be found in our habitual daily action of thinking. We need to deny thought the grooves it currently inhabits, which are divisive between us, and so destructive to any arising of true unadulterated relationship in the life of humanity. Many of us will never even entertain such a task, for their life security this day, is found within this inner unquestioned conceptual area. It is arduous work indeed, once you have accepted the security of your life to be held in the assurances, attachments and belief in the words of another, to now swim against this historical tide, and to awaken your vision to a crystal clear clarity of perception, free from corrupting accepted past (unquestioned) assurances. Free from accepted authority and dogma, simply - free. But those among us who feel a deep lack of satisfaction this day, those capable of questioning the ground they stand on this day, then begin your journey here and now. The only time and place which will ever truly present to your life. Question everything, beginning by questioning what it is inside you, which questions? What is the human 'psychological self'? The human ego. What is this movement of words and images within? For until you come to a complete and total understanding of what you are this day, you have no ground of clarity from which you make your life decisions. And acting from a ground of such ignorance, is the very inner movement each of us is making, all contributing to this world of chaos this day, where a few attempt to bring their 'order' forcibly onto our world. Which of course, is a disorder. Control is understandable, indeed, in fact, this is the only action possible, if we insist that life is met through our thinking minds. We are divided living like this, for our past experiences, leading to our thinking and to our actions arising from our thinking, are - divisive. We must compete, we must battle for domination, of our isolated, limited opinions. Giving birth to a world of 'leaders' and 'led', a world of 'dictators' and 'dictated'. A world lacking all love, relationship, understanding, a world incapable of sharing, for what self interested man, has ever been quick to provide for the lives of another? Yes, we hear about 'foundations'. And no, not all of us, are so naive. The duplicitous nature of self interest, ever seeking its own in battle against the lives of all others. No matter the lack of any real need, no matter the level of genuine need, in the life of the other. I say there is another approach to life which unifies our people. You cannot move towards this, it is not an improvement on our woeful lives this day, it is certainly not a movement in time towards anything ‘better’, which is only a projected, (from the past), and so time limited illusion.
It is in the awakening of one’s perceptions to the dangers we live in this day, and coming to understand the source of these dangers to our lives. The source, is to be found within this inner educated divisive construct of what we call the human mind. The source, is ourselves. As every action we take is born from thought, it is thought we must come to understand. And it is within this psychologically moulded area, we must come to find a change. The human senses are the connecting criteria between us. We do not meet in our divided pasts, nor in the equally divided futures, these remembered pasts seek to build. Here we meet the same world. The task is this, can we deny what we think about our world, which is rooted in our past experiences of it, and so prejudicial and divisive between us, as our world is certainly clearly showing us? Can we find the right place for memory, and cease to allow this inner movement to build a concept of continuing divisive inner self interest, which is a movement of isolated educated selfishness, isolating us all from any sense of relationship and from the love which would naturally arise between us all, if we could view each other without recordings and without names? Our ability to come to love one another, which is the ultimate revolution needed in our present loveless world, in a world of a thousand nuclear bombs pointed at every new-born child’s head, is solely dependent on our ability to die to a life led by thought. It is that simple, and that complicated. Thought, is what divides us. And the divisive principles between us (wealth, religious concepts, patriotism, ideology, politics, to name a few), are all psychological in nature. If we can bring our psychological nature to a revolution, we can do so for the entire world, our communal home. And if one man can find the door to walk through which releases his life from this inner sense of self interest, we are at that very precise moment in time, witnessing the dawning of love in our world. A mind free of self interest is a mind capable of meeting love. For love, is not to be found in self-interest. Rather obvious. Only a continuity of the past and an ignorance of the lives of others, is found, in self-interest. Love is found, when the inner self, the human ego, an educated concept, has been completely understood, when thought has found its right place and when a man stands in awe of where he is, right now, in this living moment, and of what he is, which he never has previously seen, by virtue of always aiming for somewhere else. Living a life always becoming, never arriving, never being. Our world changes and a new world is born, when we change, and a new human mind is born. A change demands the ending of what came before, which is a death to what came before, not a continuity of it, into a modified illusory, self projected future. And the new human mind is born on the death of the old one, for, as a very wise man once said. Unless a man be born again, he cannot enter, the kingdom of heaven. Accept nothing you have not established for yourself. Deny all authority in life. Deny the authority you have already accepted, influencing your actions this day, held in your thinking. Deny every movement seeking acceptance and come to the light of your own life understanding. Or die, in the shadows of another. Question everything until your life is brought to revolution. We need a new mind, to build a new world. The time is late, and the only time to act, is now.

AuthorHello to all, I am a 60 year old man who has spent the best part of his life studying the teachings of J.Krishnamurti. My name is Henryk. I am rather unimportant, although what I talk about on these pages, has great importance. Particularly today, in this dark world, led by men of infinite wealth, unfortunately without the intelligence to match. My work here stands on the shoulders of that of J.Krishnamurti. Without this man's passion and great life understanding, this website would never have existed. His effect on my own life has been immeasurable. A man of infinite vision and wisdom, who spent over 60 years of his life travelling the world and discussing life and societal problems. Krishnamurti passed away in the 1980s. Anyone interested in the nature of discussion in the content of this site, will likely find great interest in the work of Krishnamurti. Hundreds of videos may be found on YouTube. There is a link above dedicated to his work to which new content is planned to be regularly added. The beauty of truth in life, is that it is identical for each one of us. Truth is the place we all come to meet in unity. And truth belongs to no man. Only pointless opinions, divisive, traditional, educated into and gathered by us, may be claimed as ownership. The change in our world so desperately needed this day, is within us, not external to our lives. All man's actions begin in the area of human thinking, it is this needs understood and brought to revolution. Thanks for taking the time to visit, a few posts are being added to the site weekly at the moment, when I find time. If you would like to support the work here, you can do so from the price of a cup of coffee each month, contributors are invited to online discussions.
