UNLESS A MAN BE BORN AGAIN, HE SAID
Unless a man be born again, he said
How is your mental health and emotions these topsy turvy days? How are your feelings of security? Do you joyfully bounce your way through every moment of your day? Or are you weighed down internally by heavy feeling emotions and a consciousness you cannot seem to control?
Are you burdened by repetitive thoughts you would rather not be engaged within?
Do you feel aggressive or violent towards others? Are you ill this day and afraid of death, and do thoughts of leaving your family and friends and the continuity of life you have known so far fill your days with trembling, and a sense of inner deep sorrow? Have you been injured deeply by another who professed their care for you and you held unwarranted trust in their honesty when addressing your life?
I want to help you, but I can’t.
But I can talk about something, which if you can come to follow these words as a map, may come to bring an astonishing and truly unexpected change to your life.
Thoughts create inner problems within our psychological state as a human being.
Face the fact.
Thought brings fear, worries, can bring deep anger, jealousy inner hurts and pains, to any person’s life.
Many are those among us who walk daily in the accompanying shadow of a dark cloud which envelops their lives and makes the joy of meeting life in any met relationship all but impossible. If you are psychologically burdened in life, to any extent, then these coming words are for you. They are a road sign only, of no value if you do not begin to walk into the direction they point.
Psychologically, the observer and the observer are the same.
The thinker is the thought.
If you fear, at that very moment, you are that fear.
If you are angry, you are the anger. Society, in school conditioning education, places a feeling of a ‘me’ within consciousness. This is an illusion, a thing of memory, reinforced throughout all of society, an acceptance demanded of a growing brain of an unquestioned authoritarian guided view of understanding oneself.
No such thing exists.
If and when you come to see the truth of your inner psychological nature, it changes your life. You come into the light of the true nature of your inner being, and the false ground of 'understanding', which previously rested on educated and accepted societal falsehoods, falls away. This, is a kind of death, an ending of what came before, and a birth into a new understanding. Your own understanding, the only truly solid ground to stand on in life.
This may be why Christ stated that blessed are those who suffer, and further - that they shall see the kingdom of heaven.
Living in truth is more beneficial than living in an accepted falsehood, which seriously complicates life. None more so, than accepted falsehoods concerning the very nature of our living psychological structure.
Suffering, the vast majority of our suffering, is psychological in nature. Suffering is being caused psychologically because of an unverified acceptance that I am a thinker of thoughts.
No such thing exists.
There is only a movement within thought, of what you are. Indivisible, though deeply divisive in nature. A stream of thought, inside the broader movement of all of consciousness, which is a movement of and in memory.
This discovery, and if even true, accept nothing I say to you, for truth does not lie in the unquestioned acceptance of another man’s words, our lives are already full of such unquestioned limitations - there appears a plague of such behaviour in this world this day. Truth, surely lies in one's own finding and perception of it. When you have removed all illusions from your life, truth is left standing naked. And this perhaps is the reason why truth is so difficult to find, yet everywhere all of the time. Which is now.
There is only now.
Truth demands the death of the life you now find satisfying because you now live and find comfort in many illusions and truth and illusion can never meet.
Truth insists that you break every illusion before you kiss her cheek.
As a very wise man once said so long ago, unless a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. Are you willing to question your understanding of everything you merely think and believe this day? To the pint that you break every inward illusion you cary this day, which currently provides your understanding of your life? This is the price, of finding truth in your life. The death of what you previously have been.
Are you willing to open your eyes and see beyond the limitations of what you have been educated to believe is true?
If you are, your life will come to change, and this change will be the dawning of something unimaginable for mankind, unimaginable for you, a representative of the entirety of mankind, something never seen before. And your troubled mind may at last come to know peace.
Our minds are troubled because psychologically we live within an accepted falsehood which divides our minds into two components, a thinker and thoughts. Look carefully, is this universally accepted view of our psychological natures, an accurate one? Or a lie, often repeated?
Be patient, seek nothing, other than seeing the truth of your inner nature. It is there, if you can watch patiently and without choice, to be seen.
You suffer inwardly because of great divisive illusions greatly educated into you by a divided and corrupted society. Break those chains, whatever is needed, let’s break those chains. Every one of them. Die to what you were, to be born again, in the light of truth.
Die to what you are this day, so full of societally educated unquestioned illusions.
Question everything you hold as true, everything you have accepted in your life from an external authority, but have not come to verify as true for yourself.
This is no easy journey, for many things we have accepted, particularly in the area of religion, and in the area of what we are, we gain an illusory sense of security in continuing. But unless you come to find the actual truth of your life, beyond what you have accepted, beyond what you have been led into, beyond the common view of all men, you will never breathe the fresh air of freedom upon your face. Nor come to know the beauty to be found in death.
To come to truth, to be free in life, of course, the old must end. That which incarcerates our lives this day, must end, for freedom to be found.
Unless a man be born again.
A mind, free of educated illusions which colours the world around and inside him, and divide one man from another is a free mind.
And only a free mind builds a free world.
Hello to all, I am a 60 year old man who has spent the best part of his life studying the teachings of J.Krishnamurti. My name is Henryk. I am rather unimportant, although what I talk about on these pages, has great importance. Particularly today, in this dark world, led by men of infinite wealth, unfortunately without the intelligence to match. My work here stands on the shoulders of that of J.Krishnamurti. Without this man's passion and great life understanding, this website would never have existed. His effect on my own life has been immeasurable. A man of infinite vision and wisdom, who spent over 60 years of his life travelling the world and discussing life and societal problems. Krishnamurti passed away in the 1980s. Anyone interested in the nature of discussion in the content of this site, will likely find great interest in the work of Krishnamurti. Hundreds of videos may be found on YouTube. There is a link above dedicated to his work to which new content is planned to be regularly added. The beauty of truth in life, is that it is identical for each one of us. Truth is the place we all come to meet in unity. And truth belongs to no man. Only pointless opinions, divisive, traditional, educated into and gathered by us, may be claimed as ownership. The change in our world so desperately needed this day, is within us, not external to our lives. All man's actions begin in the area of human thinking, it is this needs understood and brought to revolution. Thanks for taking the time to visit, a few posts are being added to the site weekly at the moment, when I find time. If you would like to support the work here, you can do so from the price of a cup of coffee each month, contributors are invited to online discussions.
